For participants, the conference fee is 1200 €** and for speakers* is 1000 €**.
It will include: participation in conference sessions, conference materials, participation in regional evening and gala dinner, 2 bed and 2 breakfasts.
Speakers should inform of their willingness to participate to 30-th June 2025 and participants to 31-th August 2025.
* The speaker is a representative of a scientific research institution or a person presenting the results of scientific research. The cost of participation of the person giving the paper/presentation containing the advertisement is 1000 EUR (speaker's participation amount) + 580 EUR (the amount for the advertising of the company).
** VAT exemption - Legal basis for the dismissal: Article 43 paragraph 1 point 26 of the Act of March 11 2004 about tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221, item later changes).

All persons taking part in the conference as speakers, please:
- sign and return the consent Publication Form
- prepare and send your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint format to the prescribed period (recommended font size minimum 16 points, a scheduled time of up to 20 minutes).
