All persons taking part in the conference as speakers, please:
- sign and return the consent Publication Form
- prepare and send your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint format to the prescribed period (recommended font size minimum 16 points, a scheduled time of up to 20 minutes).

The cost of participation in the 16th International Scientific – Technical Conference LUBRICANTS 2026
The cost of participation includes:
- participation in the international conference with simultaneous translation of sessions,
- accommodation in a single room,
- full board (welcome refreshments, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, participation in the regional evening and gala dinner),
- conference materials,
- additional activities.
Participant
- for Registrations made on or before 30 June 2026 - Participant’s fee 1300 EUR
- for Registrations made from 1 July 2026 - Participant’s fee 1400 EUR
- Partial conference participation – 1 day 19/20 X 2026 or 20/21 X 2026 - Participant’s fee 1100 EUR
- Participation as part of a sponsorship package - The cost of participation as part of the sponsorship agreement
Speaker
- Speaker’s fee 1200 EUR
- Participation as part of a sponsorship package - The cost of participation as part of the sponsorship agreement
Honorary patron
- The cost of participation to be covered by the Organiser
Media patron
- The cost of participation as part of a cooperation agreement
Members of the Conference Programme Council
- The cost of participation to be covered by the Organiser
