This year’s edition will be held under the theme: “OIL & GAS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS AND ENERGY TRANSITION – from Exploration and Efficient Production to Low-Emission Technologies”. During the Conference, research and development challenges related to current trends in the energy sector and the energy transition in Poland and worldwide will be presented and discussed. The conference will be held from 16 to 18 September in Krynica-Zdrój.

Attention will be devoted to the following topics:

energy resources, reserves and the rational management of their deposits,
technologies to enhance the efficiency of exploration, appraisal, and exploitation of energy resources,
efficient and sustainable use of subsurface for energy storage and CO₂ sequestration,
prospects for the exploration of natural hydrogen,
geothermal energy development directions,
environmental challenges facing the oil & gas industry considering regulations of the energy transition process.

The Conference, will provide an excellent forum for sharing expertise, broadening knowledge in the areas covered by the Conference, and fostering closer collaboration among the scientific community, energy sector stakeholders, and public administration.

Conference fee:

For registration by June 15, 2026 – the cost of participation in the Conference is 2,850 PLN

For registration after June 15, 2026 – the cost of participation in the Conference is 3,600 PLN

VAT Information:
The fees are exempt from VAT. Legal basis for the exemption: Article 43 paragraph 1 point 26 of the Act of March 11, 2004, on the tax on goods and services (i.e., Journal of Laws 2017, item 1221, as amended).

The fee includes:

attendance at oral sessions (with simultaneous interpretation provided) and poster sessions;
accommodation in a single room (2 nights);
meals provided in the Conference program;
participation in a regional evening and a gala dinner;
conference materials;
bus transport from Kraków and Krosno to Krynica-Zdrój on September 16, 2026*;
bus transport from Krynica to Kraków and Krosno on September 18, 2026, after the conference concludes*;
additional attractions provided in the Conference program.

*provided that the Participant declares their intention to use this transport in the Registration Form.
